During the spring of 1995 J.P. Sullivan & Co. introduced our cell pack version of the 60/40 carton with great success. Initial trials demonstrated the tremendous advantage, especially with McIntosh apples, that the cell pack design lends to the protection of the product during transportation and handling.

As a result of this advantage a better retail product is made available for the consumer with less loss due to shrinkage for the retailer. Our cell pack 60/40 carton is available in either 96 count or 108 count sizes each having a gross weight of 14.25 kg or 31.5 lbs. We will also handle 60/40 tray pack cartons depending on customer preference. For McIntosh apples we would highly recommend the packaging advantages of the cell pack.
