J.P. Sullivan and Company have had a commitment to the export business in the United Kingdom for over sixty years. Our Yankee Brand logo has earned a reputation as the finest pack of McIntosh Apples in the trade. We feel at this time we would like to expand on our proven track record in McIntosh exports to include Empire and Red Delicious. We will approach the supply of these varieties with the same year in and year out commitment to our import customers regardless of season. Many companies have made forays into the export trade in the United Kingdom depending on seasonal circumstance, while we have had a lasting commitment to furnish product to our customers. We now feel that the time is right for us to expand our export program, since we can confidently supply new markets without sacrificing any previous covenants.

 

Reliable and fast ocean transportation has always been a key ingredient to serving a market such as the United Kingdom. We have always understood this and have used the steamship lines with the fastest transit time and on time performance record. We demand our containers to be carried on airride chassis during road transport in order to insure a gentle ride.
